1. Acceptance of Terms

By using KalpTouch, KalpDrop, or KTA Admin apps ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.

2. Description of Services

• KalpTouch: Digital identity platform with NFC business cards, lead generation, and professional networking
• KalpDrop: Peer-to-peer file sharing application
• KTA Admin: Administrative tools for managing the platform

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 16 years old to use our Services
• One person may only maintain one active account

4. Subscription & Payments

• We offer Free, Starter, Pro, and Elite subscription plans
• Payments are processed through Razorpay and Google Play Billing
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
• NFC card purchases are non-refundable once shipped

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Share harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service
• Create fake profiles or impersonate others
• Spam other users or misuse the lead generation system
• Share files that violate copyright laws (KalpDrop)

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content. By using our Services, you grant us a license to host and display your content for the purpose of operating the platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that all features will work perfectly in all locations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KalpTouch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or app notification.
